Q: How do I download the Goldi app?
A: The Goldi app is available for download from the Apple App Store for iOS users. Simply search for "Order Goldi" and click "Install."
Q: How do I set up my dietary preferences?
A: After downloading and opening the app, register for an account and you will be prompted to set up your preferences in two simple steps. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking on your profile link in the bottom navigation bar.

A: Based on your set dietary preferences, Goldi scans restaurants in your area and offers suggestions that have menu options that suit your needs.

Ordering in a Restaurant with Goldi
Q: I'm going out to eat, how do I know what I can order?
A: Simply select the restaurant that you are going to from within the Goldi app. Your custom menu will load and any of the options shown will have already been tailored to your preferences.
Q: The waiter doesn't know what Goldi is. What should I do?
A: If the waiter is unfamiliar with Goldi, simply add the dishes you would like to order to your Goldi cart. A script will be generated in the cart that you can read to your server. This will indicate what modifications need to be made to menu items to accommodate your dietary needs.
Q: What if the restaurant says they can't accommodate my dietary needs?
A: All restaurants listed on Goldi have been vetted for their ability to cater to various dietary needs. However, if there is a discrepancy, please notify us through the "Help" feature in the app.
Q: Can I add a new dietary preference while I'm in the restaurant?
A: Yes, you can adjust your dietary preferences at any time through the "Profile" tab, Goldi automatically updates your custom menu.
